Please contact us prior to returning any items.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or investing in shipping insurance for your protection.

PLEASE NOTE: Our return policy does not extend to items ordered in incorrect sizes; therefore, we are unable to issue refunds for such orders.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt. For lost packages, please file a claim within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If the error is attributable to our company, we will absorb the associated costs.

Should you encounter any issues with your order or products, kindly reach out to us at autistic.bloom@gmail.com. The return address is provided on the packing slip included with your order. You will receive an email notification upon our receipt of your returned item.

Wrong Address: If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that remain unclaimed will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.

EXCHANGES: Please contact us first before returning any products for an exchange.

RETURNS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at autistic.bloom@gmail.com.
